Winterschool of Discontent

From 18-23 January I attended the Winterschool of Discontent; a gathering of 20 artists and social scientists "drawing inspiration and resources from art, activism, and academia and making space to reflect and challenge the construction of community by examining creative politics and collective aesthetics" (source http://www.westdenhaag.nl/exhibitions/16_01_Winter_School_of_Discontent)
Here I facilitated an experimental movement space daily and started clarifying thoughts about how sharing physical vulnerability, collective movement and touch create emphatic relationships between people (as opposed to rational, mediated and abstracted ways of relating).
